AJ on the phone is very pleasant, courteous and accommodating. i had a last minute box to add for pick up and she didn't hesitate to coordinate the transaction. The driver was very prompt and we could tell how he's dedicated to his work. His countenance was full of diligence and hard work. Thank you, Atlas. Keep serving our Fil-Am community with great service and integrity. Blessings
Sent 3macho boxes and 2 small ones(free). Person who picked up the boxes said 2weeks EAT. It took 2 months to arrived. And two of the boxes are open. Disappointed! This is the first time that this happen. Been using Atlas to send boxes for years now. I hope next time it won't happen again.
I scheduled a box for pick up and I told them I leave my house from 1:30-3:00 to pick up children. They scheduled the pick up and they said they would make a note of the time. I got VM that the pick up would be 12-3 in the afternoon. I called them and told them I will be gone from 1:30-3 pm they said again they would note that on the schedule. Then I received a text telling me again 12-3. I replied to the text saying the same thing and they said pick up agent will call me. At 2pm I receive text that the driver is in this way! So at this moment I still have the box. We sent FIVE boxes in one month and this is the service I am getting. On top of that last month (august) I was charged $158.00 for JUMBO this month they charge me $168.00 and when I questioned the pricing they told me it went up in APRIL. AND on top of that I told I didn't even need a replacement big box I just needed a Junior box! Disappointed ....very disappointed!Next day update: scheduled pick up for Monday 10/3 am told I will be called tomorrow as to the time of pick up. I was further informed that because I'm am sending an over size box (which I obviously pay more for) I will NOT receive a replacement box of any size...I cannot even have the small Junior box. They are making money hand over fist on people trying to share a taste of the US with family back home. No compassion just profit making.
