This place is horrible, Dr Lee is not only mean and rude to kids he’s condescending to the parents. This place says they will work with kids but if you kids cry’s they’ll kick you out. Don’t go, wish i look at the reviews before going, shame
If I could give this place negative stars I would! Not only do I not recommend you give them your business, you should NEVER take your children here. We had been going here as a family for a few years when my daughter needed a tough filling… She had told me during her last one she could still feel pain so I informed them ahead of time. The assistant PROMISED her that if she felt anything to raise her hand and they would STOP. Well, a couple minutes in, she started crying and raised her hand. This office is a disaster. I was never given a good faith estimate. I will never have anything done medically ever again without an estimate in writing. I got an appointment quickly (which could signal a problem). I went in on a Friday with tremendous pain and had to figure out my insurance situation. At first I was told that I had 80/20 coverage but that it was not guaranteed. I called my insurance from the chair and there were problems. They told me I needed a root canal. Ok, fine. I returned on Monday prepared to pay over $1500 dollars to get healthy. After the most painful medical procedure I could imagine, in the middle of the procedure they were giving me more painkiller because my body was literally flopping like a fish from the pain, this guy then tells me that it is a two part procedure and that I need a crown and will have to pay another thousand or more dollars. When I said that's crazy, I thought I was getting a complete procedure, the receptionist says that I was TOLD everything in advance. ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE!!!! When I complained the guy had the nerve to tell me he wouldn't continue to work with me because I'm argumentative. I stuck with it and said I never got ANYTHING on paper and obviously did not understand what I was told. THEN, he acknowledged that his receptionist sucks and should have given me a GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE on paper, and gave me a ten percent discount. What a joke. Now I have half a tooth and was told I am in danger of the whole tooth breaking into pieces if I bite on anything hard. I wish I had looked on Yelp first, I was just in so much pain and thought all dentists are probably pretty much the same. WRONG!! There were a few other red flags I could go into, but I need to get back online to find another dentist to get a crown. They don't even deserve a star, more like 100 levels below suck.
