In and out. A quick fix, fixed quickly, (which is probably the best endorsement you can give these days for a truck repair shop). No BS. Friendly staff. Big yard, easy access and right next to a truck stop so you can get a shower while you’re getting fixed. Harbor freight across the street, cool little town of Ukiah very close. This is a great place to have to get fixed. Robert and Julian were friendly and efficient. It’s good to know about a spot like this out on the road.
Ukiah Truck Repair did a thorough job diagnosing and repairing an overheating issue on my older RV. They took the time to inspect the radiator, test the coolant system, replace the thermostat, refill the cooling system with new coolant, and verify proper operating temperature afterward. I appreciated that they explained what they found and the RV has been running well since the repair.
My only frustration was the handwritten receipt — it contained a lot of useful detail, but it was extremely difficult to read later. Our motorhome Class A had a pressure warning and the gage was fluctuating. Called to see if they could check it out. They said come in they could look at next day. We got there and they check it out right away. They were able to fix it and get us back on the road. Thanks for the great service.
