I went to Thurston Toyota and Chevrolet dealership. My salesman was Jeff Coddington. It was the best auto buying experience I've ever had. Jeff was there early in the morning to help me. He was very organized and calm. I was just there to get a quote but ended up buying the car. The whole experience was so positive and relaxing. I can't say enough good things about Jeff. He makes you feel at ease. He goes on his way to help you. That was the best buying experience I've ever had. I hardly recognized you. Go and talk to Jeff.
As I expressed in my other review, I have bought 9 vehicles from Thurston I have been mostly happy during those purchases I have also sold them a few vehicles. I decided to bring a first-time buyer over there and the one salesman express to the guy I brought because he saw tattoos hey how long were you in prison. The salesman Enrico had great jokes but when Enrico and the sales team along with financing team seen his credit score was only 650 well they decided to tell him he had no credit score and that he needed a co-signer then the finance person @ Thurston Auto Plaza said give me 30 min to see what we can do to get you financing. We waited almost 2 hours and never heard a thing Jarrod never received a phone call or any one person acknowledging him saying sorry we really tried to get you a deal. Just any kind of person interaction that says every customer is important to Thurston Auto Plaza even if we cannot get a deal done for you. The salesmen Enrico just started working with another couple and ignored Jarrod as if he was a nobody and he is a somebody I brought there first. They were able to squeeze me in on a moments notice with my Chevrolet 3500 HD. I am an out of town customer that has no history with this dealership and they still bent over backwards to help me out on my cross country camping trip. They were able to maintenance my vehicle quickly while I waited. Angel in service was great!
