I’ll admit, I was initially hesitant to pay someone for tasks I thought I could figure out on my own. But after calling these guys, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. They set up my VPN quickly, affordably, and without any hassle. Since then, I’ve returned several times for their expertise, and every experience has been just as smooth and professional. Great service at a great price! My hard drive was failing. John replaced the drive and transferred all my files & data to the new drive, much of which had to be done by hand as my old drive was badly corrupted. John then worked with me to recreate all desired settings and to ensure my printer worked as well. All for less than the original estimate. VERY satisfied! I highly recommend Respectech.
