Mike was absolutely awesome I was having trouble with Internet outside and didn't think I'd be able to use T-Mobile but now it's amazing my computer works faster outside than it does inside!! Thank you for taking the time to show me what to do and having great customer service!

Not sure why there are negative reviews on this store, they are incredibly helpful and Mike is a great guy. He will always answer your questions accurately, and he's extremely knowledgeable. He repairs most items wonderfully and can do even computer and other electronics repair. I feel people don't quite understand the phone market as most companies bend you over and make you think you're getting a good deal, and when they deal with real people they simply don't understand. Mike is probably the best guy in town to go to for phone stuff.

I went down to the store today to look at a variety of cell plans and phones. I will be back later to choose and will update accordingly. Cons: I probably waited about 10 minutes to be helped since there were only two employees and several customers. The store is not pristine (but not trashy). They were low on cell phone choices but said they could get more in. Pros: When I was helped Mike was patient and answered all of my questions. Mike seemed willing to make a good deal on used phones.
