Once again Northbay Roofing did their perfect job. Cleaned all the gutters and downspouts on my two story house. They also installed the Rain Mover Filter system in all the gutters. They were on time, replaced the patio furniture when they were done, and completely cleaned up the area. This is the third time I have used Northbay Roofing and have been more than pleased with their work. They were responsive to all my questions and very easy to work with.
The service in 2022 from Northbay Roofing & Gutters was the first time they did work at our house. Our house was new in 2005 and a few years or so ago we noticed some of the gutter corners joints were a bit discolored and leaked. It hasn't rained much in Fairfield the past few years, but it was on our mind to get the gutters checked. A short time after we received a written estimate for the proposed work, the three-person crew arrived on time and got right to work checking all the gutters and gutter corners. They removed the old calking type materials from the corners and applied all new calking type materal at each gutter corner. They left and had cleaned up so well that the patio area was impossible to know they had been there if I hadn't seen the crew working earlier that day. A couple of days later, as fate would have it, it rained 0.30 inches (just a little less than 1/3 of an inch). A couple of hours after the short rain stopped we noticed one of the gutter corners was leaking. We sent a short video of the leak and asked that the gutter be checked. Northbay Roofing & Gutters acknowledged receiving the video and let us know they would call us when they could schedule someone to come out. Of course, there was no more rain, but we received the call to schedule the work, and within a week a two-person arrived early and went right to work on the corner that had leaked and two other corners that the crew leader felt could benefit from some additional care.
