I love Justin and the staff . They care for me as if I were family. Everyone is excellent at their job except the people upstairs, in the Office. That is not Justin's job. He is a medical provider not an office worker. Replace the person who left years ago. You people did the same to Tom and he left early. You've cost me one medicl provider, and fell like you going to do it again. Please put Justin back on the floor full time were he is ment to be

My medical care at the clinic has been some of the best I've had since UCSF San Francisco even though I prefer UCSF before anybody my experience with the Dora Street clinic has been acceptable my doctors and my nurses my case managers my Ryan White case managers all of them are exceptional professional people without them I don't know where I would be thank you

I feel I get very personal excellent care, I see 4 different providers at what I call my clinic and will as well as have referred people to go there for the best care. Thank you !
