Im always taken care of, im given good advice. I feel completely comfortable with my female doctor. She has always been supportive, very sympathetic, compassionate. Ive been going there for years. Im always seen in a timely manner, its seems like im in and out in no time at all.
Love having CARE FOR HER locally in Willits.
I wish there was a dedicated phone line for the Willits office as it’s difficult for the Ukiah Office to understand they are not necessarily local enough for the very rural areas in Mendocino County.
I also wish there were more emergency appointments available. It should not take a week to have a UTI taken care of. We are in desperate need of a Walk-in urgent care facility.
It was a very good experience for me. The women there made me feel safe, comfortable, and important. They listened to me, offered very good advice, and solutions. They answered every question I had, educated me. I really appreciated it. I felt heard, seen, and understood. Which was an amazing thing for me. My experience was amazing to say the least.
