Septic tank pumping. Terrible service , ridiculous charge. In the morning Friday 6/28/2024 , two workers showed up just to dig out dirt to open Septic tank, which they didn't have to locate it, my wife showed them exactly where it was. Then a third guy came hours later to pump the tank, after he finished pumping he left, and the hole was not covered up, my wife returned after 4:30 pm & called them to complain about their poor service. So we had that open hole for 3 days until Monday 7/01/2024 for the worker to come & fill up the hole with dirt. In the meantime the next day our small senior white poodle snuck out & felled into the hole, my wife went out to look for her & rescued her, she had to give her a bath at 8 pm. The least they should have done was give us a discount we were stuck with a $505.00, total RIP OFF, very poor way to treat Seniors. We will never hire this Van Dyke company.

Someone illegally cut a road,Created a retention pond for a water truck , and left my property damaged..Apparently they were working on one of the many illegal pot farms near my property in 29 palms.I caught them in the act and they said they were using equipment they had rented from Van Dyke corporation.The person I caught in the act was named Andrew Braun.After confronting him he promised that he would restore my property to the original condition as close as possible.If anyone has any doubt to the validity of this claim please call me and I will take you out to the property myself.I am not saying Van Dyke did this to my property ,I am saying someone that rented equipment...read full review
