Pam is absolutely amazing. I'm sure she can provide a generic, relaxing spa massage, but she is so much more talented than that. I was visiting a friend in town and woke up with the worst back spasm. Pam miraculously had a cancelation because she's normally booked for weeks and now I know why. She's like a talented mechanic and worked on me for a little over an hour untilshe was able to release the problem spots and get me in much better alignment. I've seen a lot of massage therapists, sports med therapists and chiropractors over the years and Pam is the real deal!

I've had issues resulting from frozen shoulder for years. Tension from flare- ups require massage and I am very choosy about who touches me. I was referred to Pam by a friend who raved about her - and she wasn't wrong. It was obvious she knew her stuff and then some. I felt very lucky to have found her, and I will be back! My visit with her was last year during Covid. I arrived wearing my mask and though I saw another person post about this, there was zero issue with me keeping my mask on throughout the session.
