let me say MADELYN did her thaaang!! i was so nervous to get a haircut cause it’s been years… she listened and understood me and what i wanted. i’m so happy with my new hair style. i will definitely be keeping her as my stylist her energy and vibe was amazing from the start and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. thank you madelyn for making this autism mom feel amazing about herself….

Thank you Desiree! I came to Desiree at Ulta feeling discouraged after a previous stylist had left my hair in rough shape. From the moment I sat in her chair, she was kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. Not only did she fix the damage, but she gave me one of the best highlight jobs I’ve ever had!
Desiree took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained her plan clearly. The results were even better than I hoped for. I’ve received so many compliments on my hair since my appointment—and more importantly, I feel so much more confident and happy with how it looks.
I just completed my 5th visit with Carrie. I was fortunate to finally find a colorist and beauty expert that doesn't cost an insane amount and who has great skill. As someone who has long, thick hair color treated hair, it is a gift to have someone like Carrie that I can go to for all my hair needs and who I trust completely. Beyond recommend.
