This is our favorite dry cleaner in OC. They are honest, affordable, very kind and dependable. For many years we used their pickup and delivery services for our suits and work outfits, and they were excellent. Never had one single issue. Also great with alterations. We moved from the area years ago, but I always go back to them with my dry cleaning needs!
Have been coming here for years and has always been my go-to place for alterations or hard to clean items. They quoted me a price for alterations and cleaning that I agreed with. When I went to pick up they said a price that was 20% higher. When I showed them my drop-off quote they said, "Oh, the person entered the wrong code." The new price was high and would not have been worth doing. I held the quote error was their fault, not mine, and must honor it. They finally did.
It was my first time there. I had a suit, a jacket and a coat for the dry cleaning. They gave me 20% off as a new customer. The lady gave me a pick-up receipt with the price for each item listed clearly. I thought the price was quite reasonable; $15 for a thick white coat before tax and the discount, the total charges was $39.62. Not only that, they put back a missing button for me in one jacket without any surcharge.(They did it for me without being told to do so.) To be honest, it is so impressive. It is what I call a customer service. They take care their customer. No wonder why their business stands strong for over 25 years.
