This place gives the absolute freshest cuts. I've moved to Tennessee now and it's hard to find someone who gives haircuts as good as this place did. Very comforting and homely environment.
Have been getting haircuts there for over 2 years. Don is friendly, professional, great conversationist. Never disappointed with results. Will use this place as long as it exists.Great choice.Lots of history as well. Appeared on Huel Howser show California's Gold TV series.
Have been patronizing the Wooden Indian consistently since the '90s. Don has been cutting my hair since Doug left the shop. This is a traditional barber shop. If you appreciate Old School efficiency and pricing, then you should not be dissapointed. I am hoping Don can keep the shop going during these difficult Covid-19 times.The shop is clean, but could use some updating of decor and finishes (perhaps when cash flow improves). I wish Don luck dealing with 2020.
