I've been training with Michael W. for about six months, now, and at first I was skeptical that once a week for 20 minutes would do much, but it actually has! My overall stamina and lung capacity has improved, which has helped tremendously when I go out jogging. Michael is knowledgeable when it comes to what's effective, and he's super encouraging and fun to train with.
