I’ve had two keratin lash lifts with Florence. One with just my top lashes, and the second one with my top lashes and bottom lashes. The first time I went in, Florence made sure to ask me a lot of personalized questions in regards to my eyelashes, and sensitivity levels. She is an extremely attentive individual and is huge on details, which is something I truly appreciate. She made sure to check up on me, and make sure that I was comfortable all throughout my sessions. The complimentary serum she gave me has also been doing wonders for my lashes. this was the BEST facial! Florence is so kind and knowledgable, and took me through every step of my skincare routine to educate me on what works and what doesn’t for my skin. we did a personalized facial and 3 days later my skin is still GLOWING. i cannot recommend them enough and already plan to bring my mom and boyfriend here <3
