I was nervous to find my new go-to wax lady, but Ana was exceptional! The studio is very clean and inviting. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The results were flawless, and she paid great attention to detail. I left feeling confident and cared for—definitely the best waxing experience I’ve had. Highly recommend!
I've been to Ana 3x now since moving to the area in February of this year. I am so thankful to everyone's honest reviews on Google because she is a gem! Her prices are reasonable and her quality of work is superb! It is very hard to find good and reasonably priced estheticians. Ana has excellent customer service and will work with your schedule as long as you're communicative. She is flexible but you have to do your part and let her know bc time is valuable! She's not on Yelp but don't let that discourage you! You are lucky if Ana can fit you in her busy schedule! I also recommend texting her directly to get faster response times. Ana is SO great! She's super friendly and personable, and makes you feel really comfortable. She's quick and professional but doesn't make you feel rushed or awkward or anything like that. The place is very clean, modern, and inviting. If you're looking to support a small business, this is it! Ana loves Tustin and invested into the community. She has my biz for life!
