I went to Bloom Spa earlier this month to treat myself for my birthday. I took the day off so i could pamper myself with a massage and get my nails done after. I had an appt at 10am. I arrived there 5 mins early to ensure I had enough time to check in. They open at 10am. The lady arrived at 10:05am, apologizing for being late. There was a gentleman who arrived after me and I believe he wanted a massage as a walk in. The lady started turning on the lights and music and got herself situated. Meanwhile she had me go into one work to get ready for my massage. She answered a few calls and she finally came into my at 10:15am. Ivy did a 60 minute massage for me. She was very attentive and focused on my glutes which I had asked her to spend some time on. Overall the massage was excellent with a great amount of firm pressure. The table fitting for my face when lying on my stomach was very comfortable! This is worth mentioning because for me if the space where you rest your face while lying face down is not cushiony, my whole massage is ruined. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is there were a few interruptions when someone came in but I myself was a walk in so I loved that I didn't have to make an appointment. I will be back, thank you Ivy!
