Love this place. Ashley is amazing, and really understands the muscles she is working on and how the body should function. This is really key for a good massage. Her technique is great for people like me who put their bodies through a lot and really need help getting back to balance and alignment. The breathwork that she incorporates might sound unnecessary, but it is something we all actually need more of, and really helps the session be more effective as you allow yourself to be present for your session. Love this place.

Ashley is an amazing therapist with a vast knowledge of the body. Any issue I have, she digs into her tool kit of experience, and creates a treatment plan on the spot. Her communication is so great and she is especially versed in myofascial release work.If you are looking for deep myofascial release work, Ashley is your gal.I am a bodyworker myself, and I am very picky on who I choose to work on me. Her professionalism and skillset is top notch.

I've been receiving massages from Ashley for a few months now and I have to tell you that this is a fantastic massage method. It's incredible effective in releasing deep muscle tension without leaving me sore. This is not a typical relaxation massage you'd get at a spa, although it is often quite relaxing. For best effect, focus on breathing and the muscle she is focusing on. I am a member and visit 1-2 times a month. I can feel the transformation and increased mobility in my body.
