From the start, extremely friendly! There was some miscommunication regarding my appointment time but they were extremely patient with the situation. During the haircut, there was friendly conversations and they gave me extremely good advice for my wavy/poofy/thick(er) Korean hair. Haircut came out to be $40 for short hair male cut which I believed to be pretty standard! Scheduled my next appointment prior to leaving and overall extremely satisfied!

I asked for very loose and wavey digital perm that's super popular in Korea! I had stick straight hair before & was a little too scared to try a tighter curl. Pics show my hair when it's still slightly damp and NOT even styled - I imagine it'd look even better if I had used a diffuser and some texture cream. I got exactly what I asked for, a natural beachy wave that makes me feel and look effortless. Obviously a little damage is to be expected with any perm, but they did their best to minimize that by using a keratin treatment. My hair still feels soft and healthy. Highly recommend!

My scalp is usually sensitive, but the perm solution must be really good because I had no issues with my skin, and the perm turned out amazing. The place was very clean, and the staff were so friendly -- I'll definitely be coming back again!
