Over the summer of 2025, I was assaulted. Among the injuries I sustained, the most significant were skull base fractures and fractures of my orbit, which led the emergency doctors to diagnose me with traumatic optic neuropathy. After consultations with maxillofacial specialists and ophthalmologists, I was told I was legally blind, 20/230, and that this was now my life.

Dr. Lin and his team helped me recover from a 10+ year shoulder injury. From their efforts, my muscle tightness and weakness became better and I'm now more independent to the point where I can start going to the gym to exercise again.
The staff here is also very kind and understanding. Ashlee and Trisha are very accommodating and always offered me water after each grueling, but very needed, sessions (which I really appreciated!)
Also, if you're lucky, you can meet Dr. Lin's dog, Delta, from time to time. Always a huge plus during my visits.
Definitely recommend to anyone who needs help with nerve and muscle pain!
My husband and I have been patients of Rehab and Revive for a few years now on and off. Unfortunately, we moved quite a distance away, so we aren't able to visit as much as we would like to!
Finding Dr. Lin and Dr. Nguyen has been a game changer for us. My husband has been to MANY other PTs...and nobody has come close to Dr. Lin and Dr. Nguyen!
