So I looked to Dr. G to help me refill my inhaler starting on Monday this week. She still denied the refill after I attempted to make an appt as she requested, and the nurse Katherine who I've known for years treated me awfully as I was going into a literal panic attack due to the anxiety of not having an inhaler in time....read full review
I am a new patient and when I scheduled my very first appointment, I did get called and was rescheduled, which I understand how that works. I work for ophthalmology. I had trouble making it on time for my other appointment, but even being 15 minutes late, they still took me back and was seen. I was very happy and pleased with Dr. Gummadapu, I feel heard and not rushed what's so ever.
