My husband and I both came and got a nose piercing. First and foremost, some of the best customer service, very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. These guys are awesome and their work is incredible. We came for a simple piercing, but definitely will be coming back for more. David did my piercing and paid extra attention to detail in what and how I wanted it to be and knew what he was doing. Had a great experience here! The piercer Stephanie was super kind & patient with us. We booked a last minute appointment for 4 people and they were able to take us in the same day. I did my ear lobe piercing and an orbital and she made the entire experience as pain free as possible. She also gives you an option to use a gun or a needle! I opted for the needle for a more precise piercing. My lobe piercing and my orbital piercing was over in about 15 minutes and she carefully explained how to clean them as well! My orbital piercing was $60 and included the jewelry. Would absolutely come back to get a belly piercing or another cartilage piercing! Thank you so much, Stephanie.

Wow working with Brian this afternoon was such a treat. I had reached out to Cecelia earlier in the week because I lost my Septum ring, and needed to stop by and purchase a new one and have it inserted professionally. (It's so tough to get the tiny internally threaded balls back on) So I made an appointment to see Brian, hopped in the car and shot down Newport to Old Town Tustin. Arriving, Brian greeted me with a smile, and showed me their large selection of body jewelry and septum clickers.
