Stephanie is an absolute doll. I came in a few hours after I noticed my nose stud was missing, and she was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and so happy to answer any questions about after care and gave advice on jewelry I am supposed to wear during the healing process. Apparently I bought an overpriced solid gold stud when I got my nose pierced (at another place), and my body was rejecting it. I have sensitive skin, wanted to be safe, so I bought the most expensive stud at the other piercing place. Stephanie informed me that it wasn't necessary and saved me a lot of money. So pleased with the service at this shop. If I would've known about it prior to a few weeks ago I would have gotten my piercings done here. I came in for a jewelry change for 5 of my piercings before having surgery. I went back today to get them all put back in. Stephanie was super helpful and personable. She also explained how to clean my rook correctly, as I had not been given the right instructions by another shop. I feel so much better with new jewelry in and clean piercings. Highly recommend!
