Natsuko is the most kind hearted and wonderful person you will ever meet. I was looking around for electrolysis to prep for surgery and Natsuko was one the person I had contacted from the many other businesses. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions. During treatment she is gentle and patient with you IF there is any discomfort. She will work with you so you can get the most out of your session. Natsuko is fantastic. I feel very relaxed seeing her in a way that is rare when getting literally zapped w/ heat, but she's a very calm presence and makes you feel really comfortable. She's also just super experienced and knows what she's doing and can work on a large area quickly. Scheduling with her is easy and she's very friendly.

Natsuko is a beautiful soul and a godsend. I was looking into permanent hair removal to prep for a planned surgery that requires a hair free surgical field. First of all Natauko is very responsive to my text messages and answering all the questions I had prior to my consultation. I really appreciate her free consultation visits.
