I had such a wonderful experience bringing my two cats, Lily and Lola, in for their visit! From the moment we arrived, the doctor and nurses were incredibly fast, sweet, and efficient, which made the whole process so smooth and stress free. You can really tell how much they care about the animals and the pet parents.
After their vaccinations, I was a little worried about something and gave them a call. They were so reassuring, took the time to answer all my questions, and even offered to have me bring my kitties back in just to check on them. That level of kindness and dedication means so much.

morning, when I called they were able to take him in right away. They were so. caring. Dr Larkin is one of the most genuine vets I’ve ever had. She treats Duncan and myself with so much respect, is transparent about everything but in such a kind way. She is mindful of bringing up costs of things as well. After about a week and a half of Duncan being treated and being on antibiotics he began vomiting, when I called the front desk and Miranda took the time to chat with me, schedule an appointment next day and help as much as possible on the phone. The staff at Tustin Village Animal Hospital were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. I brought my Chihuahua puppy, Bambi, in for a rabies vaccine and was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary first exam and nail trim. Dr. Madan was attentive and gentle with Bambi and took the time to share valuable guidance and resources for puppy care and future visits. Dr. Madan is knowledgeable, compassionate, and clearly love what they do. Thank you!
