Quite honestly the best haircut I have ever had. Lauren was amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted, gave me great advice, told me what would work best for my hair. The shampoo was so relaxing. The cut was detailed and so well done. My hair looks and feels amazing. She checked in regularly to make sure I was walking out with the haircut I wanted and liked. For someone with long hair that dreads getting haircuts, this was such a relieving and enjoyable experience. She wasn’t trying to get me to cut off more than I wanted and she knew exactly how to cut my hair the way I had pictured. She even took the time to show me how to stake my hair once I’m home! Lauren was quick to respond and was able to accommodate me on a very short notice. She was understanding of my busy schedule. Lauren went above and beyond my expectations. She really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. She even took the time to show me what my hair would look like with a high lift and without one. I came in for an ash blonde balayage and got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back.(:
