I've been doing business with Jazel for about 15 years (off and on). They are the real deal. Most recently, I had a major feed issue and I picked up the phone and spoke with Brittany on a late Friday afternoon. Even though it wasn't even a Jazel issue, Brittany navigated with multiple vendors who touch my website and was able to get my issue resolved within 24 hours. We launched two new websites with Jazel and from conception through launch and their team has been incredible. Not only did they hear us out on our design needs and ideas, they went above and beyond and created several updated themes and logos that fit great with our concept. I was totally impressed.Once we launched the site, I had several notes from our staff and GM. I simply reached out to Support and they were able to make all of the changes needed same day.
