They were very kind, quick, clean. Good prices. Many options to choose my glasses from. And the response time is also good.The accepted my VSP plan. Dr. Silverberg at Jamboree Optometry has been my optometrist for many years. I've always received the most friendly, personal, thorough and professional care from him and his staff. They have a nice variety of modern eyeglass frames to choose from. I highly recommend this office for all your optometric needs.
After two years with Jamboree Optometry, I am giving them 2 stars for their services. The only reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1 is because Dr. Silverman is very professional, nice and is efficient. Most of my complaints have to do with the front desk. She's rude and has a condensing tone for everything. I asked for a copy of my prescription at the end of my appointment and she sighed telling me they have it on file so why do I need it? I gave her some feedback that some pairs of contacts ripped day one when they were two weeks contacts and she told me to call in next time to replace them. It happened again with my new shipment, I called in then she tried to convince to come in since my prescription expires in 3 months. Also she didn't replace them, just charged me for another box. It's the same condensing tone every time I interact with her, so I chalked it up it's the customer service to expect from her. Prices are also VERY high and I have PPO insurance in their network. I've been quoted lower prices at 3 other places. I chose jamboree since it was close to home, but will be taking my business elsewhere based on my experience.
