Incredibly unprofessional settlement administration and claims processing firm. I contacted their office and was hung up on, multiple times.
ILYM Group issue a check to me then reversed it. I found out after depositing the check to my account, then contacted their office. However, they’ve now rigged their phone system to not connect to anyone in office. Disgusting!
I can see what this company got bad reviews it took 4 months to receive my check but the representative I spoke to was truthful with all the updates he was giving me whenver I would called and I did receive my check finally.
A whole class action lawsuit for about 30 people and none of us have been paid, this business will not answer the phone, our emails, our voicemails, what the hell are they doing with our money? A few months ago they said we’d get paid the beginning of February. And nothing! So all of us will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
