I can see what this company got bad reviews it took 4 months to receive my check but the representative I spoke to was truthful with all the updates he was giving me whenver I would called and I did receive my check finally.
A whole class action lawsuit for about 30 people and none of us have been paid, this business will not answer the phone, our emails, our voicemails, what the hell are they doing with our money? A few months ago they said we’d get paid the beginning of February. And nothing! So all of us will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
I have been waiting for my late husband’s settlement check to be reissued to me. ILYM has received the requested documentation and it was confirmed by two employees via email and phone. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks and it’s has been seven weeks. I have sent multiple emails and left several voicemails and no one has reached out to me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will update or remove this review pending resolution. Hopefully they don’t try to say they have no record of my calls or emails like they have about similar complaints because I can prove it.
