I have been waiting for my late husband’s settlement check to be reissued to me. ILYM has received the requested documentation and it was confirmed by two employees via email and phone. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks and it’s has been seven weeks. I have sent multiple emails and left several voicemails and no one has reached out to me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will update or remove this review pending resolution. Hopefully they don’t try to say they have no record of my calls or emails like they have about similar complaints because I can prove it.
DO NOT use this business. I’ve never experienced anything like this from any business whatsoever. First of all, thank you to the people in the previous reviews because I just filed a complaint to the BBB since clearly that’s the only way this establishment will respond. I’ve been calling, emailing & left voicemails MULTIPLE times hoping to get a response from someone and it’s been MONTHS and nothing yet. The one time I actually got through to them was 3 weeks ago when an old colleague reached out and asked if I had gotten my settlement check from them & I said no so she said she called, asked if she can pick up the check at their location instead, & they said...read full review
I was brought to my attention. My company had a lawsuit after they closed down. It been a few months know no update vanish when I call it just ring for hours. Not sure if my phone number is blocked, but that was my experience.
