Amazing quality of service and efficiency. Despite having been going to Happy Nails across the county since childhood, I have never been to a better-run establishment. The water pressure, chairs, and services are above average, including features that others do not have. The staff is kind and attentive, with different skilled ladies on hand. I left there feeling like I came out of a Glen Ivy facial, just smiling, and had to leave a review <3

The ladies were nice, however they did a horrible job on our nails. We got 3 gel manicures and 3 regular pedicures. i asked for a simple design and they couldn’t do it, although that is understandable i was really disappointed as i had been looking forward to doing my nails for a while. they also raised the price on each person when it was time to pay. they had told me a price per person midway through, and changed their minds at the end. Overall, they overcharged us, and I left truly DISAPPOINTED.

Sad, but I will not be coming back here for any custom designs. I asked before being serviced if they could do a certain design, to which they said “maybe” or “let’s try it,” which I definitely should have declined after the uncertainty but I was hopeful. I showed the design several times and no one said “no,” mostly beating around the bush about it until I already had my nails gelled up and they they were like “oh we cant do that, we dont have the same nail polish.” 😐 They will try to get you in knowing they can’t do what you want so they can get you to pay for a lesser design.
