I had emergency health issues. I went to St. Joseph ED in Orange...wait and wait for 3 hours. I had to leave and could not wait any longer. It was recomended by urgent care physician I went to Foothill Regional Medical Center ER services. In within 5 min. Got triage nurses then physician care...lab work done then medication. Thiis is the health care model setting service if you need emergency care not sitting and waiting for 3 hours and no treatment. Dr. LIN was great and so the nursing team. I would recommend to this ER to any one who need emergency care. The health care team here eased my pain and anxiety. Thank you Foothill Regional Medical Center.

I am a bariatric patient who came in to the ER at 3am with intense stomach pain. The doctors said I needed a CT scan. After one of the radiology techs at Foothill Regional, Minh, decided to reject me for a CT scan without even asking for my dimensions, Preston stepped up and advocated so hard for my treatment with every hospital in the area and with other radiology techs at Foothill. No hospital in the area would take me because my shoulders were a few centimeters wide over their limit, so Preston did everything he could to get me a CT scan with another radiology tech at Foothill, a long haired man I did not catch the name of but he was amazing as well.
