I live in Brazil and have a relative hospitalized at this hospital. It's simply impossible to get through by phone and they don't respond to emails. The communication is terrible! How can this be resolved??
Facility overall is run very well, nurses are respectful and try to make you feel comfortable. I feel that there should have been more interaction with my surgeon post-op but that may not be the hospital’s fault. My stay was four days, and I long to sit outside but that was not allowed, a little fresh air and sunlight can do wonders for the mind. I will say at night it would be nice if they could figure out how to get vitals without turning lights on.
in my own experience i had nurses and doctors actually listen to me and give me what i needed i come here because everywhere else youre a low priority and nobody cares and you wait. but here ive never felt like that they get me in and take care of me so fast ill forever love this place
