I'm so upset because I can never go back to an ordinary nail place again. It's like that Hulu commercial, you know, the one where they talk about bacon and how it ruins things without bacon? Yeah, it's like that. The salon itself is very cute, it's located in a small strip mall next to the Gyu- Kaku. Unassuming and hidden from the main street, you have to know it's there to find it. I've lived in this area for years and have never been to Hime Nails until today because the location is so well hidden. Definitely a gem. Ayumi blew me away with her artistic skill. She's such a sweet person, lovely to talk to, and amazing to watch work. It's not exactly cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. I never felt pressured to get anything more, she gives you options to add or flourish as you like. If my work didn't involve opportunities where I knew things would get knocked off I would have totally done it. It was probably my most pleasant nail experience to date. Ayumi!!! I've been getting my nails done by Rumi for almost 10 years. She's the absolute best! She recently remodeled her salon and it's so lovely, bright and happy! She's worth the money, her artistic ability and attention to detail is the best you'll ever see. I get complements on my nails all the time.
