Equity Plumbing

We had a recurring drain issue that was serviced by other companies prior to Equity. They seemed to do the minimum and never diagnosed the problem, nor did it seem like they cared to. Finally I called Equity Plumbing and Troy came to the rescue. He was professional, kind, timely and extremely thorough. He went the extra mile to find out what is going on and to fix it. He was not satisfied until the job was done completely and correctly. I will 100% call them for future issues and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Troy, And I’m sorry to say I didn’t get the other gentleman’s name, We’re both awesome

They showed up ahead of time

Were able to fix my main problem
And then I added an additional work order which they were glad to take on

I found out about your company based on a referral . I would recommend you guys 100%. I think you pay for experience and that’s what I got today was good knowledgeable people.

So thank you very much. I hope not to have any more work in the near future for you all but if I do, I will make sure to call Troy to set an appointment

Troy is very helpful. He came and fixed my water heater within the same hour after I contacted the company. He even fixed another water issue that I never thought I could fix before, without charging extra fees. I will call them for all of
my plumbing issues in the future.
