I love Faye’s new fascial massage techniques, because traditional massage methods are too painful for my fibromyalgia and the muscle relaxation never lasts. Not so when Faye gently works the fascia. It seems like nothing is happening until I suddenly feel a “snap” as the the tightly-held fascia loosens, and remains relaxed the next day. Working a different small area for each one-hour visit over a month or two is the way to go to get the most benefit. Try it, you’ll prefer it in the long run.

I am pleased to recommend Faye Crane to anyone who needs a serious massage. I have a history of severe back pain resulting from a dramatic vertebrae fracture more than 30 yrs ago. I usually request 60 min sessions and the relief I experience is dramatic.Faye Crane is great at communication and amazing at knowing exactly the right pressure to apply during my massages.Her professional technique includes asking the right questions and then listening enabling her to provide a therapeutic massage that provides amazing relief.Simply stated, Faye does a fantastic job and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Faye is an amazing massage therapist! She is very knowledgeable about muscles and how they are interconnected. She has helped me immensely with deep tissue massage to keep me running and competitive in my age group. I couldn’t run a half or full marathon without her!!
