We went have my daughter’s very first earrings about 3 years ago. I went back last week for our second daughter. Cleopatra moved to a new and bigger location in Irvine(6282 Irvine Blvd. Suite 26 Irvine CA 92620). Unfortunately this time my daughter cried so hard but Cleo handle it very calmly and we all laughed at the end of my daughter’s first earrings. Thank you Cleo, you are the best!!! p.s. We had an amazing experience with Cleo. We came all the way from Lancaster Ca but it was worth it. She communicates with you on the instructions a day before which I love. She was amazing from greeting us and my boys making us feel welcome and comfortable. The most amazing part was service she provided to our daughter. As a mom I was nervous to take my 4 month old but Cleo made the whole process make me feel at ease.she is so patient and so kind from measuring her ears putting the numbing cream to choosing the pair of earrings the sterilization of the process. thank you Cleo for the amazing experience. Cleo was amazing! She was so patient, caring and immensely detailed. She has a very calm presence and is very professional which made me feel at ease. My little one had a challenging time during the appointment yet, Cleo did an amazing job! This was a 10/10 experience from beginning to end!
