I had my lashes done with Anh as part of their training/model services and she was great! Very attentive and it's clear she takes her time with your lashes. Before beginning, she showed what the different lengths of lashes would look like (I was debating between 12, 13, and 14 mm). She suggested the 13 mm and I'm really glad I went with her suggestion because it very nicely captured the vibe I had told her I was going for, not TOO natural where you could barely tell I had anything done, but also not TOO voluminous where it was too bold or in your face. I got there at 1:30 and left by 3:15 which isn't too bad for someone who's still technically training.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, the lash installation was not done correctly. I noticed irritation a few hours after the procedure and initially hoped it would subside, but it did not. A few days later, I developed what appeared to be a stye or irritation caused by the extensions. The tips of the lashes were poking the inner corner of my eye, which ultimately led to an infection. My eye became increasingly swollen and red.
