I have never encountered a better massage therapist than Cathy. Just returning from my trip, my shoulders and neck are extremely sore and stiff, especially when I try to turn them left or right. However, after my first session with Cathy, I experienced a remarkable improvement in my comfort. Excellent massage. Cathy has extensive knowledge about the body & muscle structure. She is working weekly on me to combat painful muscles that have literally become like stone. I am working on regaining balance and flexibility while trying to release scar tissue that has clamped on the nerves along my spine. Cathy is mighty and amazing!! I feel so great after her massage. She is exception. She has worked on athletes for most of her career & it is obvious she stays up on current techniques.
