Valley Vein Health Center is a busy specialist clinic. Patients are referred for vein surgery and treatments. The doctor is highly skilled and answers all questions thoroughly. The staff is friendly, super friendly, and always attentive. They provide great communication and easily reschedule appointments. They ensure patient safety by not letting patients leave alone until their driver arrives. Many patients feel much better after treatment, with reduced aching and throbbing. While waits can happen due to high demand, the center is highly recommended for its excellent care and positive experiences compared to other places.
The doctor is wonderful, but the overall patient experience is often impacted by challenges with the office staff and scheduling process.
Good luck trying to reach someone by phone. You may spend a long time on hold or be sent directly to voicemail. If you are scheduled for procedures, be prepared for possible cancellations and rescheduling.
I took two weeks off from work to complete my procedures. During the first week, one of my appointments was canceled without notice.
