I love the care my parents are getting here HOWEVER I am NEVER able to reach a staff member OTHER than the receptionist who transfers me to a nurses desk that never answers. This occurs 7 days a week no matter WHAT time I call. Then, when you finally do reach somebody and ask them to deliver a message the assigned nurse just simply never calls back. i've been asking for a call back from the DOCTOR for over a week now and the doctor has not even returned my call.
Turlock nursing and rehabilitation has the best CNAs they care about patients and are respectful. Parminder was my CNA she made me very happy and gave great care. I love Vanessa in Admissions she is very sweet girl. This is my second time coming back to the facility, and if I need to return, I know I can.
Therapy was amazing I learned a lot about balancing and exercise after my stroke, I recommend every one to come get therapy here. Thank you Vanessa in admissions for always putting a smile on my face
