Turlock nursing and rehabilitation has the best CNAs they care about patients and are respectful. Parminder was my CNA she made me very happy and gave great care. I love Vanessa in Admissions she is very sweet girl. This is my second time coming back to the facility, and if I need to return, I know I can.
Therapy was amazing I learned a lot about balancing and exercise after my stroke, I recommend every one to come get therapy here. Thank you Vanessa in admissions for always putting a smile on my face
Very friendly staff very educated, food is pretty good lots of variety. Lots of activities to keep us patients busy. PT was okay I feel like I needed more time but there knowledgable in there craft and so supportive.
