Our dryer ventilation duct was plugged and causing our dryer to malfunction. Made a call to Robic, left a voicemail and they had Rocky out to our house within a couple of hours. Great customer service, fair priced and I will definitely be using them again! Thanks guys!

We had these guys out about 2 months ago to replace our entire AC. We'd been planning it since last summer when we had them out for service and they found a leak in the system. Patching the leak was an option but one they told us wouldn't last more then a year and we'd end up replacing the system anyways. So in the long run, we saved money by going for the replacement now. I've done plenty of HVAC work myself so though I don't have thier expertise, I do understand exactly what they did and I must say, they did a very good job. Even our heater works better now. We used to have to push air around the house with fans to keep the rooms the same temperature, not anymore since they rebuilt the plenum while they were replacing the evaporator. They also rerouted the return to get the sharp turns out of it and upgraded the exterior wiring so we don't have to worry about the dog chewing on it anymore. These guys didn't screw around, they came and worked and got the job done in just 2 days. We've been in this house going on 8 years now and have always turned to Robic for our HVAC needs, and after they work they did for us, we always will.
