No complaints at all- they have now done 3 separate jobs for us and every time we have been thrilled. Professional, on time, leave everything clean and looking nice. This last year, we had some severe tree issues and sadly lost a much-loved large mature shade tree in our front yard. Robert, the owner of @rndtreeservice came in and offered to remove the stump and roots for our school free of charge. As a private school, not funded by the state, these acts of kindness are greatly appreciated and have a big impact on our school stability. Eric responded to my initial call right away, came out for a quote the next day. He was professional and knowledgeable, did not try to up sale me or scare me into booking the job right away like a few others that I also got quotes from. The scheduled to job for the next day once I contacted them that I was ready, showed up on time and got the job done very quickly. Cleaned up and hauled away all the trimmings too.
