We came here for the first time today. My 9 year old son has pretty strong vision needs, and Dr. Plett was amazing with him! He was so kind and patient. He let him ask all the questions he wanted and explained everything to him. They talked about school and friends, which made him feel very comfortable. After his exam, Kim was so helpful when it came to picking out frames. (For some reason, this is always a bit stressful for me. I've always felt "on my own" and never know where to start with sizes, materials, etc.) She wasn't in a rush, she noticed what he liked and suggested the perfect ones for him that he LOVED, are durable/flexible for a rough boy, and fit him perfectly. She also explained to me very well what our insurance covered and didn't before I chose. I honestly haven't felt that comfortable in an optometrists' office before, and he's been in glasses since he was baby. We will definitely be sticking around with Dr. Plett and his awesome staff. Thank you for an all around amazing experience!
If your looking for a great place for your glasses and eye exam, this is your place! This was my husband and mines’ first time here. The staff and Drs. are so wonderful and helpful. Including the help to pick our frames, no rushing and very patient. We actually feel we were led here by the Lord! Highly recommend Plett Optometry!
