If you see Olivia then you know you're in good hands, everyone there is super nice but Olivia is why I will keep coming back! She is super knowledgeable on different animals and she knows a lot about the products that they sell, she isn't one of the "just get this and you will be fine" people, she is one who helps you get exactly what you need and gives you great information about it as well. This girl deserves a raise because of how knowledgeable she is and how well she connects with not just me but everyone else who walks in. Very helpful and accommodating staff! I was on a scavenger hunt last weekend and I needed to catch a fish. I went to Petco and asked if I could buy a goldfish and explained that I needed to "catch" it myself and asked if I could scoop it out of the tank. I told them I would pay for the fish and then give it right back so they could put it back in the tank. The manager who helped me was very willing to let me do that and video it as well. They didn't charge me anything and set up a separate container with water so I could catch the fish and put it right back in the water in the other container. Very, very nice people who didn't need to help me but did so very graciously!

if i could give more than 5 stars i would, Abigail helped me out so much over the phone, i had called for advice on feeding a dog that had just fallen into my care, i have no knowledge on dog food but i knew i wanted to avoid certain brands, she had given me lovely advice that was non-judgemental. i've come to this store before and all of my experiences are just so great with these employees, so knowledgeable on the subjects and always open to giving advice when i need it. (usually i come in for my cats or little leopard geckos) Please give abigail the recognition she deserves!!! and tell all of your staff i have so much appreciation for them educating us and our community!
