I have been coming here for the past couple of years. The staff has been super friendly and professional. Recently, I had to put my fur baby down and on that day the staff ( Hailey, Ian ) that handled it were so caring and made it a little easier. The dr that first came to my car seemed rude and honestly a little angry. I knew my dog was in bad shape that"s why I brought him in. She walked away before I could ask questions but thank goodness the staff has always been nice.A special thank you to Dr. Cassidy for the wonderful care she gave us during the short time she treated him.No one called me to tell me the mortuary returned my pet. I’ve been going here for years. Never had a bad experience. However, when I made appointments earlier in the week I was told they changed owners and now must charge $25 dollars for a canceled appointment if not done 24 hours in advance. Ok I get that. I fell ill on Wednesday but made it to my appointment Thursday. I wasn’t to sick and I figured I’d mostly be in the car. I woke up this morning to dizzy to even walk so I called to cancel my other appointment this afternoon. I can barely speak and I’m obviously sick. I recently had to euthanize my cat. The vet was great! The staff was horrible! The staff had no compassion or care for the circumstance. The person that checked me in acted as if I was bothering her, I had to ask to be placed in a room rather than in my car! Then was placed in a room basically in the waiting room with little to no privacy. The gal that came to get payment before anything could be done was not professional and I had to wait for 45 minutes for a catheter to be placed prior to euthanasia. This place is not your local vet anymore it is all about $$$ and getting you out the door.
