Customers have reported positive experiences with quick service and friendly staff. The wash process can become disorganized during busy periods due to the lack of clear lane guidance. Additionally, some customers have experienced inconvenience with the unavailability of air pressure for interior dust removal.

Recent reviews praise the cheerful and helpful team members, who take the time to carefully clean the car. One regular customer appreciated that the staff allowed them to go through the wash multiple times to ensure a thorough job, especially with a car that has a roof rack. Another customer had an accident and is satisfied with Mister Car Wash's handling of the situation.
