Little pricey, but Felicity at the pay station rocked the last time I washed. My washes are normally good, just wet in the back every time and no shade for vacuuming, which sucks. Overall, my family and I will keep coming
I came in with some concerns about my wash, specifically the tire shine coverage, and Manager Felicity took the time to listen and help address my concerns. She also explained more about my Platinum Package, which I really appreciated. I was honestly a little frustrated at first, but her customer service completely turned my experience around. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back again. The vaccums don't always work, but I just move over to another. Thank you, Felicity and associates!
