Dion and team did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and upholstered barstools. The barstools have a light beige upholstery and had a lot of stains they successfully removed. Also did a great job removing odor and stains from pet (Yorkie) urine! Very friendly, professional, courteous, and took precautions to protect the stair banister/spindles. It was nice to meet them although a little sad because we always used Kevin at Ocean Carpet Cleaners for over 25 years. Will definitely use them again! Thanks!!
I had a water leak, wet carpets, he came out the next day, put me ahead in his schedule and put in fans to dry everything out, then in 3 days did carpet cleaning, he did an excellent job, and was knowledgeable and had the right equipment and tools to take up and put back down carpet as well as cleaning it. Dion was very nice and kept me informed on the whole process, 100% satisfied! One year later had him clean another carpet in another house and another excellent job. Just cleaned tile grout in floors excellent job again.
