I signed a contract with a JKB Broker for a rental property in Maryland. Worst mistake. Non ethical, unprofessional and more. After one year of renting, they're trying to hold my $2100 security depost. It's been over three months. I would like to give MINUS 10 stars

Homes in Portello, Windsor, CAStyle (and model) is nice, but construction is rushed and not well finished. Decided not to buy there. Wondering how others, and current homeowners are experiencing there new homes - does JKB do repairs for you?

Recently bought my new JKB home thinking it was a quality home builder. I was way off. The warranty department is a joke. They are slow to respond to warranty requests. When they finally do respond, they will find any way possible not to make the repairs. If you are lucky enough to get the company to do a repair, they will find the cheapest way to do it with quality and craftsmanship not being the priority. If you are looking to by new home look elsewhere.
