The girl at the front desk was awesome knows more about cars than most anyone... The mechanic was great and fast... I bought Oil new filter and drain plug around $70 !!! Balswick said they would do the labor until I pulled up and told me it doesn't have a dipstick they won't touch it , right after I talked to them on the phone and they told me to bring it in horrible service ...Dealer wants $260ish on an oil change on my 2016 Range Rover Sport Diesel this place only charged me $30 total $100 out the door I HIGHLY recommend them .
I went in to have my front breaks & rotors replaced a few months ago, They were very helpful to me they quoted me a price and that's the price it was no hidden fees. So I'm back having my Oil changed and Oil Pan & Gasket Replaced.Thank you J & J Break & Lube I will continue to come back for any auto repairs I may need!
